江苏千树成功签约马来西亚仙本娜文旅项目
近日，江苏千树装配式建筑有限公司（以下简称 “江苏千树”）与马来西亚合作方正式签署仙本娜滨海度假木屋集群项目合作协议。此举标志着江苏千树在国际化战略布局上迈出关键一步，将中国领先的装配式零碳木结构技术带到 “潜水天堂” 马来西亚仙本娜，助力当地文旅产业升级。
Recently, Jiangsu Qianshu Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Qianshu") officially signed a cooperation agreement with its Malaysian partner for the Semporna Coastal Resort Wooden House Cluster Project. This marks a crucial step forward in Jiangsu Qianshu's international strategic layout, bringing China's advanced zero-carbon prefabricated wood structure technology to Semporna, Malaysia, known as the "Diving Paradise", and supporting the upgrading of the local cultural and tourism industry.

In accordance with the agreement, Jiangsu Qianshu will provide one-stop full-process services covering detailed design, factory production, logistics and transportation, as well as on-site assembly.Upon completion, the project will become another iconic cultural and tourism accommodation product in Semporna.
